As the year concludes, we would like to reflect on 2021 for rama.mom.
Being a small business, we faced unprecedented challenges with Melbourne being placed under strict lockdown for the majority of the year with lingering restrictions in effect to this day. Every time just when it seemed like we were finally getting back on track, further hurdles would arise including extended regulations domestically and disruptions across the global supply chain.
Throughout the year these factors directly resulted in the postponement of product shipments and longer than expected lead times. We are readily aware of the impact this has had on our consumers and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our aim is to learn and grow from what has happened and be more prepared for the future.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our manufacturing partners, vendors, clients, staff, contractors and customers. Every single one of you got us through these turbulent time with your ongoing support and patience.
rama.mom head office has been back in action for the past two months, bringing that creative spark and collaborative environment that we missed whilst working from home. The warehouse team has been working tirelessly to resolve the backlog of quality control and fulfilment. We have also welcomed some new staff members who have been valuable addition to the company.
We are more than ever committed to building and improving rama.mom in every aspect for 2022 and cannot wait to show you what we have in store for the future.
